Hi all, I wan unpacking and mocking up my forte hydraulic clutch today and came across some parts in the box that I don't see a obvious use of them. So are unsure they are actually part of the kit and just did not fall into the box on accident when I was shuffling them about. Here is my kit with the pieces I expected

and here are the two parts I am not sure if they are part of it clutch install, and if so where are they used. Any ideas?

thanks all

Don't recognize any of those parts being from the Forte hydraulic clutch kit. What I don't see is your master cylinder and flex line. Guess those are elsewhere.

If I had to guess, those might be for the parking brake cables. No idea what they would be used for in a hydraulic clutch setup.
Michael,
The right part in top picture is the slave cylinder with its mounting to the transmission. The left part in the top picture is for mounting to the clutch lever arm coming from the side of the bell housing. The orientation of the slave cylinder as pictured is correct with the top of it being the top as its mounted to the transmission. Note the bleed screw is at the top over the hookup for the hydraulic line which is below the bleed screw.
In the top picture, the rod on the second part, on the left, goes into the rubber bellow of the slave cylinder.
The bottom picture, I don't believe has anything to do with the clutch system. As suggested, it looks like it is for adjustment of the emergency brake cables.

PS-well it looks like I missed your last sentence in the first paragraph.:D:D

Bingo. That makes sense. They must have been consolidated into the same box somehow. They are from a set of parking brake cables. Mystery solved.

Hi Edward, just checking to make sure. With the pushrod connecting to the slave cylinder, you cut that to size vs shimming with washers correct? I assume just a little wiggle room as the final adjustment against the clutch lever after bleeding they hydraulic system and with the pedal not depressed?
thanks again!

Correct. Cut the pushrod so there's just a little slack. No shims or washers. You'll need to install the pushrod before bleeding (e.g. pushing the clutch pedal down) which works fine. Unless you're doing a gravity or pressure bleed, but no reason to wait in my experience.
