Clutch master cylinder install

I have a hydraulic clutch with the FFR hydraulic clutch kit for the Willwood pedal box. it says to cut down the master cylinder threaded shaft for the brakes, do I cut the clutch one also? All the instructions are for a clutch cable install. Thanks.

I had to cut the clutch shaft down same as the brake MCs

I saw that FFR added a hydraulic clutch option to the complete kit. Do you know what that actually all includes? I suspect just the master cylinder for the clutch pedal but was curious.

I got the same parts box that came with brakes: master cylinder, tubing, Fluid reservoir and necessary hardware.

Does the new FFR hydraulic clutch kit include a solution to actuate the clutch bottom switch for a Coyote? I'd be curious to see what they came up with.
