Does anyone have a measurable stopping difference they have experienced or heard of using Wilwood Breaks over Stock? Since the Wilwood supposedly have better stopping power and the car is so light does it cause a tendency to lock up the wheels? Can anti-lock be added?

I used to brake at about the 3.5 marker going in to turn 1. Now I brake at about 2. And most of the time that's too early.
Yes, better brakes will have a tendancy to lock up a tire, so you have to be very carefull. Power boosters are not recommended, because they are too hard to modulate.
Sure, you can add antilock brakes to almost anything. But, it won't be cheap or easy. AFAIK, there are no aftermarket stand alone ABS kits; you'll have to adapt some factory stuff.

Having better calipers with more pistons and increased stopping power will give more control. It's easier to manage threshold braking.
