2021 GTM Calendar.. Photo Call Time!

Its calendar time again!


Actually, I'm a bit late this year.. dealing with my mom's funeral and estate, and time has caught up with me.


Anyway... happy thoughts!



I'm now looking collecting photos for the annual FFR calendars. Last year was a struggle to get enough submissions for some of the models, so we'll see how interest goes this year.


If you would like your car to be immortalized in the calendar, please drop me an email at taz.rules@myaccess.ca


All photos should be hi-res, at least 3000 pixels across, more if possible. I'd like a few angles, and a close up of your engine bay and/or interior so I can get creative. If you can, zipped photos are much easier to get through the email system. Lots of images or very large images can be uploaded to Dropbox and just send me a share link via email.


When you send your photos, also include the following information in the email:

your name

your car's chassis number (eg Roadster number 5344, or GTM number 473)

your engine/tranny combo

horsepower, torque, and whatever other information you are proud of


also, if you have a favourite automotive quote, please include that. If you don't have a favourite quote, I can send you a list to choose from.

That is a really existential question. How much time do any of us have, really?

Oh, wait... you mean for the pics.
I take my vacation at work in the last week of Oct and 1st week of Nov, which is when I try to put everything together. So I need to have the pics before then. Sooner is better, to help with planning.

Do cell phone camera do a good enough job for your needs or better camera is needed?

Cel phone cameras can take excellent images. Especially the newer ones.
Of note... anything less than 3000 pixels across looks really bad when printed, so make sure your camera is set to the finest quality.

These files can get large. Lots of people put them up in Dropbox (preferred) or Google Drive and send me a link. Others send multiple emails. Whatever works for you

2 (that's right... TWO!) GTM submissions so far. May have to amalgamate the Daytona, GTM and 818 calendars if I don't get some more.
