Has anyone sent there top back to Rod Tops or had a local shop add in quarter windows. Or add in zip out window? If so what was the cost and was it worth it? I know I could call Rod Tops but they are closed on Fridays. Just kinda wanting to know if this upgrade would be worth it.

I added both when I ordered the top. If I remember correctly it was a total of $160 add-on for the quarter windows and rear window zipper (rolls down - does not come out completely). Both worth the extra in my opinion.

Same here. Both of those options are absolutely worth it.
I had just the zippered back window added, the owner at rod tops talked me out of the quarter windows said he didnt like the looks, he added $100 for the zippered window.

Quarter windows are the way to go! Really increases your visibility!

Based on my APE hardtop use I'd say yes. I ran w/ or w/o windows depending on temp. The top always on for the shade. The rear window being out or down makes for a very pleasant flow of air w/ the buffeting on the side or your head reduce by maybe half or more. The 1/4 windows were really surprising to me how much they helped.
