I have been correcting small leaks since go cart day.
1st the quick disconnect on the fuel rail. Then the quick disconnects on the heater by pass hose.
Thanks to the valuable advise here, both leaks were easily corrected.

I have a persistent drip showing up on the feed line from the reservoir. I am using the alum cyl reservoir provided by F5.
I also have the older cast iron pump.

Today I replaced both lines and clamps from the reservoir. Upon re installing, I noticed the pressure hose coming out of the pump was some what loose. I think I misdiagnosed the source of the leak. The nut is tight and I remember the teflon washer and o ring set up on the hose ends. I removed the line from the pump and teflon ring was still intact and good shape.
The oil ring must be captured inside and I did not want to damage it by removing.

I installed the line back on the pump and will try it out, soon.

My question, is this one of those, throw it away and buy this one, items? It will be fine with me if that is the case. If I was not having so much fun driving it, these cheap azz parts would have me frustrated.

Thanks for any advise.

The fittings on the FFR supplied lines will feel loose when not under pressure. Don't be tempted to keep cranking them tighter as that will destroy the Teflon washer and could actually damage the fittings on the rack. If you still have a leak after you replace them, look at the line set that Mark sells (Breeze) and be done with it. My lines have never leaked (using the FFR lines), so for now I'm content. The day I need to fix them for any reason is the day I order the Breeze lines.

Thanks Papa.
I will try and remember to post the results. Dodging rain showers this week.
