dmv inspector came out to inspect car ,i had all paper work in order so i thought all was good
now im being told that receipt for motor and transmission is not proof of owner ship
and that i need to get bond on car or i will not get title ! im not sure what the deal is in north carolina
inspectors not on same page .my bosses son just finished his mark 4 and got a different inspector than me
no bond required and they didnt require 2 appraisal like i was told to get.
i am trying to contact another inspector to get answers
