Need pics. & measurements

Who has pics of the left side MK3 frame? Who can give me measurements of length of 3/4's form foot box to front of frame? Need to know if the top 3/4 is slightly bent or straight.

Morning Charles,

I'm working on the chassis so it's easy to see at this point. I got 33 1/2 in from the front of the driver's foot box to the point on the 3/4 tube that is directly above the 4 in tube. I hope that is what you meant by "front of frame". No pics (computer problem at this time). The transition is a slight drop: 1/4 in drop at 12 in, 9/16 in at 18 in, 1 1/8 in at 24 in, 1 3/4 in at 30 in, and 2 in at 33 1/2 in. If you look at the 3/4 tube behind the foot box, it's pretty straight but once you get to the end of the foot box the curve starts very gentlely and increase as you go forward. Hope that helps, WEK.

31 1/2 in inside measure and 31 11/16 in outside measure. I just remembered who you were. You had the left side crash with the GMC, right?? WEK.

Yep...that was me....rebuilding my MK3...adding some upgrades..and.....have to wait and see.:)
