Just returned from a 2800 mile trip in my 35 Truck.
Drove from south Florida to Atlanta.
Next day met up with group and drove to Louisville for the NSRA Streetrod Nationals for the weekend.
Then to Detroit and Dearborn. Visited the Henry Ford Museum. And found a car cruise at a Culver's on Tuesday night with over 200 cars. The Woodward Dream Cruise is tomorrow but officially cancelled. But many cars are expected to still run it.
Then back to Florida. Drove 13.5 hours to south of Atlanta.
Then home to south Florida.

No mechanical issues with the truck. AC and cruise control worked great. The T-56 transmission is the nicest shifting manual I've ever had in my life.
Had lots of looks and waves, many people asking about the truck. Truck drivers loved it.

AC and cruise control worked great.

That sounds like a lot of fun - I've never heard of cruise control in these things!

Way to go! You are the man putting in that much seat time. I am worn out after 2 hours in mine, LOL. :p

That’s impressive and just the motivation I need to get to work on mine. Thanks for posting.
