I have the top of the car on positioned correctly with the weatherstrip bulb on the window flange.
I can’t get the front edge of the glass to seal to the front part of the weatherstrip no matter how I adjust the power window bracket.
I’ve hogged out the slotted holes to make them longer to give me more adjustment, nothing seems to help.
The rear section of the window seals OK. The slot I cut in the top of the door for the window is exactly where the manual said it should be.
Have any of you guys had problems getting the windows to seal to the weatherstrip? Any words of wisdom?

See post #108. It shows what I do to make the window seal better. You will never get these windows to seal like a OEM. I have done 3-33's so far.

Thanks Wallace. I should have mentioned that I’m using the tcollins aluminum window channel frame.
His frame doesn’t (I think) really seem to be the problem.
The window goes up at an angle which makes it tip away from the body as it reaches the top of the weatherstrip bulb.
I angled the power motor bracket as much as possible, the motor is now hitting the inside of the door.
It’s actually the whole top edge of the window as well as the top front side edge of the glass that is 1/2” away from the seal.

Maybe I’ll try using the FF front window guide, and tcollins rear channel along with his top L pieces that mount to the top slot in the door.

I yanked out both of the vertical aluminum U-channels and installed the FF single U-channel.
It gave me much more adjustment than the tcollins frame.
The top of the window is almost flush with the weatherstrip bulb.
To get it to fit tight I'm going to machine a few small blocks that have a 45° cut on the inside.
As the window gets to the top it will make contact with the angled cut to push the top of the window in.
