I ran across a 33 coupe the owner passed away and the car was built by Impact II Roadsters by Coast to Coast. I have checking the internet but can't find any information on them Must be out of business. Anyone heard of them or know anything about there cars. Thought it might be an old Factory Five because the serial number was F189. But that seems incorrect. Thanks

Did a quick google search on impact ii and found a couple examples:

The second one showed up in several places - same pics.
Not an FFR33.
