Side exhaust rubber standoff hanger

Need to locate a replacement for the rubber standoff for the side exhaust hanger on a MK II roadster. Does anyone know of a source or an alternative rubber replacement?

Check P/N BR560-001 at your local auto parts store.

They are just exhaust hangers, can get them at any auto parts store.
