Curious what people out there are using for hoodliner? I originally thought I would just use bedliner, but now I'm worried it might be a little on the heavy side. Willing to consider glue/stick-on type materials as well. Also thought about just painting it in black primer, but will it hold up to the heat?

You can add color if you wish:

I think Paul used it on his but I don't remember if he left it raw, used a color or painted to match.

Excellent. Would you also recommend this for wheel wells and other road-exposed fiberglass and such? Also, how much do you generally need? Is a quart enough?

The FAQ on their site states that it softens at 212 degrees F.

It is easy to apply and you get a nice texture if you play with the distance and pressure.

Black UPOL Raptor on the complete underside of my Coupe, including the hood, cockpit (no headliner), and doubled up at least in the wheel wells. I initially used a 4 quart kit. Then bought an additional liter bottle for the last pair of wheel well liners and some touch-up. Very satisfied with the product and will use it again without hesitation. Cures much harder since it's a catalyzed product versus solvent based/evaporative products. The added weight compared to the total weight of the body pieces, including the hood, is very minor IMO.

I used bed liner and so far I'm happy.
