Running my flex PTFE lines now. The-6AN separators are meant for traditional flex lines and are a bit to large (.5in ID vs .45in for the PTFE). Amy suggestions? Wrapping electric tape around the lines at the clamp? Cut section of rubber hose to increase diameter?

Use a micrometer or caliper to ensure you have an accurate dimension. You might try 7/16" I.D. separators (.4375" I.D.) and drill them to fit if needed.

thanks guys
got some from Earl's. looks like the 7/16" will work. tubing measures 0.45" or 11.7mm using digital calipers.
I like this solution better than wrapping electrical tape around the tube, although i'm sure it'd work just fine.
