Dave - is it the fill cap fitting you need? I may have one and can check when I get home.

I think it is just an O ring.

Yep, that's the crossover pipe for the 4.6 DOHCs. I rebuilt mine using an o-ring kit from the Ford dealership. Wasn't that expensive, as I recall. I tried using generic o-rings from the auto parts store, but they wouldn't work - couldn't get the parts slide back together. Give 'em a call for the model year that your engine came out of.

Try asking for a 2004 Mach 1. I suspect they're the same crossover.

Remember, i have the exact same motor and we talked on the Wisconsin cruise that i had the exact same leak. I mentioned the o-ring rebuild kit on Ebay. Worked perfectly.
There is an active one for sale right now.

I’ve got the same engine and I’m looking and wondering where your coil packs are located? Mine have been relocated to the rear of the engine but I don’t see yours. Also, what do you call the chrome piece on top of the valve covers? I know they do cover the wires.

If you have the remote coil packs, i assume you have a gen 1 DOHC 4.6. For the gen 2, the coils are on the plugs.
As for the chrome peice, those are called coil covers. (they cover the coil-on-plugs.). I'm using these:
