So....what do you do if you change your mind....mid build?

I want to install an LS instead of a SBC.

Call FFR for parts kit? I would assume its just drive shaft and motor/trans mount?

Does anybody know for sure?

Thanks!
Joey

LS kit had motor mounts, exhaust manifolds, driveshaft. I had to have the driveshaft shortened.
I'm running LS3 with T-56

The LS install option is $435, I think much of that cost is the Hooker manifolds. I installed an LS3 and 4L75E and my driveshaft fit fine. I don't think the driveshaft is specific to the engine but more to the transmission being used. Also, I think the exhaust down pipes are specific to the LS so they bolt up to the supplied manifolds.

I think you would be best off if you called FFR and asked them what is needed.

Wiring harness the same?

The chassis harness is the same however the LS3 has its own harness and ECU, same for the tranny if you choose to use an auto that ends with an “e”.
