CT folks. I may be selling my MKIV roadster to someone in CT. It's untitled, no VIN yet
Can someone walk me thru a quick scenario of what's needed.

CT DMV has a good write on their website of what’s needed for inspection. Need the cert of origin for the kit, and major parts:

Just be sure he / she gets it registered as a 1965, or subject to tax assessor abuse:
