Going to attempt and install dual hoops. I'm aware they are more for looks than function but they will at least be a place to attach a head rest for the low back seats in case I get rear ended.
For those who are considering it as well, I've spent a long time hunting down pictures of everyone who has done it and figured I'd just post it all in one place so someone doesn't have to do it again. I forgot where I found them all so I apologize if I don't give you credit.
