No. Also i see a red dot on the nut. Once torqued put another red dot next to it on the hub. Then you can just periodically look at your two dots.

That nut does not look right to me. It should have a flange at the bottom I think.
This is a picture of mine, but mine is 1312 serial numbers after yours, so maybe yours is what was intended. I can see why you were concerned about possibley needing a washer. You might want to check that that is the correct axle nut.
