For those guys who have the 25th anniversary wheels and already installed tires on them, which tires did you go with? Three different reputable tire installers, including a custom shop that deals with high-end cars, haven't been able to install my Michelin PS2 tires. I'll be returning these tires and getting a new set and want to ensure I'm getting something that works. FFR runs the Toyo Proxes but I'm looking for something with a little more tread.

Thanks in advance!
Tony

I went with the Yokohama Advan A052 tires, they're 200 treadwear (like most) - just rolling them along the driveway they'll pick up rocks,dirt,etc...

Had them installed at America's Tire - and they had a helluva time reverse mounting them... details and pics on my link https://cobradreams.com/2020/02/07/tires-meet-wheels/

Thanks, Todd. The tire installers also tried standing on top of them with no luck. They're saying the barrel of the wheel doesn't have the appropriate taper which is preventing the tire from getting down to the bead.

I'd reach out to FFR and ask recommendations... they must be reverse mounted which is different than the regular wheel mount... you can see from the pics, it was quite a chore!
