For the same reason you can't hear the TV or people talking....you've been running that monster motor for too long and too close to it without ear protection or standing in the next Parrish...:cool:

I have a built in alarm that let's me know that my engine isn't running.

I'm actually sitting on one of them right now and have been ever since the COVID came to town.
Seems my office chair at home isn't quite as good as the one at my office.
Makes me feel like I'm in my Dark Side Car all day.
