I am at the point of making a final decision on Dash Finish before final installation of body on my Gen 3 Coupe...

I would love to see some photos of how you guys finished your dashes on your Gen 3 Coupes.

Thanks!

This is mine, completed earlier this year. Bunch more pictures including in-process in my build thread. All my interior pictures are here: https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/album.php?albumid=1233. Interior and dash also visible in these two locations in a walkaround video. Sorry about the crummy audio. https://youtu.be/w2pLNjTEJOM?t=48 and https://youtu.be/w2pLNjTEJOM?t=205.

Hey Erick.

Standard hook up to the Pedal Box. I followed the Wilwood can get a closer up pic it you need it.

Hole in the Foot Box area. The cable will route around the motor, not sure the exact route since i do not have the engine yet.
130422

Waiting for the motor to finish the connections to the knob. Will have to make a hole in the firewall somewhere by the Circuit Beaker area.

I got to meet and talk to you about your car. It was the Texas Spring Meet in San Marcos in 2019. Still in awe in how you stuffed 2 turbos in the your car. :D

so when you push on the brake that adjuster line doesn't crash into that vertical metal tab supporting the pedal box? I wanted to install mine that way and it hit on there hard is why I am asking

Hey Erik,

Got some pics of that area last night. problem is they don't show that area very well. I had to go back to some of my older build pics.

This one looking down at an angle. i did cut/grind out the 1/2 moon shaded area. this gave room for the threaded nut and cable when the brake pedal is pushed down. trying to go by memory

I wish i could get the correct picture but now that i have the foot panel on the engine side its blocking the view you need.

hope this helps

Tilton makes a 90 deg fitting for remote adjustment cables -- would this fit the Wilwood cable?

A very modern interpretation inspired by early 60's Corvettes. 130474130473130475130476. Modern interior is not for everyone..I get it.

Nice. The quilted look goes well on the dash.
