What is the ohm setting for the FFR supplied fuel level sender?
My Sender has a unique plug at the tank. Can I use the existing sensor wire set as far as the dash & then splice in the SpeedHut gauge connector? Wiring is not my thing & did not know it the resistance in the wire if different would screw up the readings.
So far most of the other dash wiring is pretty straight forward. Lot less of a rats nest than the RF/AutoMeter set.
Also correct me if I am wrong. All my new senders are multi wire so sealing tape on the brass fittings should not be a problem. Reason I ask is one of my bungs on the oil pan that I need to use for the oil temperature sensor is a straight 20mm thread. Intend to use a copper sealing washer & white tape on the threads.
