I am shopping for a weather protective car cover.
It does not need to be a custom, high price model. I am wanting something for convenient coverage if I get caught in the rain.
I was at a cruise in, when a short shower came over. Had to let it get wet.

thanks,

There are some really slick (and really pricey) form fitting waterproof covers out there but being the cheap "form follows function" guy that I a I went the more generic route with an Autocraft AC63 from Advance Auto:

https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/autocraft-easy-fit-car-cover-fits-up-to-15-tan-ac63/6010614-P

Bought the first one in 2008 and just replaced it a couple of years ago, not because it failed but because of a boneheaded stunt by me. I've had the car parked under it overnight in heavy rains probably 40 or 50 times and never a drop of water inside. I recommended the same a few owners who I've built cars for as well as several here on the forums and they've all been satisfied. Not bad for about 75 bucks!

I have this Iconic Parts outdoor car cover for sale. I don't need it any more.

This is only about 12 months old. I've used it in the garage only; and only on a clean car. I ahven't used it at all in over 6 months. It's never seen sunshine or moisture. This car cover looks brand new.

Fits one or two roll bars.

Iconic Parts (Back Draft) sells this cover for $245, plus shipping, plus sales tax. So around $275'ish to your door.

I will ship it to your door in the lower 48 for $175. That's a heck of a deal, and you know it. :)

You don't work in sales, do you? Let me look at what Jeff mentioned. It is definitely in the price range I need.

Thanks for the reply.
