I believe that somewhere I have read that the Coyote needs it’s own oil pressure sender and the Classic gauge needs its own. On that post was a link to an eBay listing that had a fitting that would accommodate both sending units. I’m looking for that info again, can someone help?

It's been widely documented that the Gen 3 Coyote with the Ford Performance control pack must have the OE oil pressure sender remain installed. Including in the Factory Five Gen 3 Coyote instructions. Unlike previous gen's where it could be removed. So yes, you need to have a tee fitting when adding the gauge sending unit.
This maybe the fitting you're asking about: https://www.ebay.com/itm/M12x1-5-M12-1-5-1-8-NPT-Oil-Fitting-Pressure-Tee-BMW-CRUSH-WASHER-INCLUDED/163830844345?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649. This plus a Vibrant Performance 11330 1/8" NPT female to male 45 degree pipe adapter fitting got the job done for me.

That's the one I used. Given the port on the side is really close to the block it's a tight fit to get it all put together but it works. 129224
