Mechanical Throttle Linkage Question - Sourcing Parts

Does anyone know where I can find the components for a mechanical throttle linkage similar to those shown below, especially the lever arms for the cross rod?

The rods and the rod ends aren't hard to find, but I'm coming up empty on those gold-cad slotted levers.
