I do not have these on my website or pricing on them quite yet.....I literally just cut, assembled and took pics of these 5 minutes ago. Hopefully these will meet approval?
Hole would be cut in the hood the size and shape of the inside of the tape (with radiused corners) and the louvers would be bonded to the underside of the hood. Braces are already curved to match the hood contour.

The vent look really great and of course I would like to get a set for my build. They will compliment the hood vent and look like they belong there. If I can speak for everyone here I am sure everyone appreciates and know I do you willingness to listen to our wants and needs and share the knowledge you have accumulated over the years build this car for my part it you advise and knowledge has been a great help moving through this build. I really like the fender vents you came up with and sure do meet my approval. I am glad there is someone like yourself that has all the cool machines and tools to make these parts and pieces. I have to hand build everything I do, takes to long and when making multiple parts well they neve come out the same. Thanks again for your time, effort and everything you do for our builders community.

Thanks, everyone! From the time I started laying out strips of tape on the hood to get a sense of the size and shape I liked....to the time I had the finished part assembled and sitting on the hood was right at 4.5 hours. Between trying to curve the tops of the louver blades to roughly match the curve of the hood...and curving the braces to match the curve lengthwise, it took a bit of extra time and mental effort. ;)
The worst part for me is that I can't see how these actually look installed, in person. Hopefully they will look ok? I also worry about hood thickness. One of the hoods we have here in the shop looks to have a pretty consistent thickness of fg thru that whole area right at 1/8" thick. I know I've cut into at least one hood where the fb thickness in that area was well over 1/4". I did position these on the hood so that none of the louvers or perimeter should touch any of the underhood bracing. I know with the FFR louvers, you end up having to cut into the bracing quite a bit. I'll get these listed on my website sometime today.
Again, thanks to everyone here for your support of my business! It is very much appreciated.

Added some mesh panels to the bottom to prevent large rocks and such from being thrown up onto the hood:
