I remember a long while back there was a guy who made a custom rear bumper for the 818? Mine is damaged beyond repair I think (goats broke into the shed it was stored in and used it as a bed)

Keen to see if it’s still available.

Well, I guess nobody else has an extra rear bumper . . . or even goats. I suggest that you study this thread about fiberglass:

I used these tips to learn how to fabricate with fiberglass and found it was not difficult and fun. I think you'll be best off by repairing your bumper because shipping a new bumper will be much more expensive and more time consuming. After I upgraded to the new 818 front, I tried to ship the big bulky old fenders to another builder only 400 miles away but found that the packing was more expensive than the shipping and far exceeded the value of the fenders. Certainly, packing (crating?) and shipping from the US to NZ would be prohibitive. Get some resin and cloth to start the fun.

And, you could make some mods along the way, such as a recessed license plate holder, air vents, an exhaust outlet, and any tail lights you like.
Make it your own and don't let the goats give any suggestions.

If I was in NZ I could help...got a spare bumper I'm not needing. But I'm in the Chicago area. Damage in shipping is likely to exceed what your goats did. =)

I want a picture, also. Or, if not on the bumper. at least with the bumper.
My wife said the goats are telling you they need a better place to sleep. Having lived through my car-building lunacy, she's more concerned about the goats than your bumper.
