Fuse panel mount

Need a little help, my inventory shows part #13647 is the aluminum fuse panel mount, see picture. It looks different than the other mounts I found on other posts and seems too small, as well looks like I will have to open it up quite a bit to fit the fuse panel. Am I missing another panel here or is this the wrong mount? Any help appreciated.

That is part number #13647.

I've got a spare and am looking at it right now.
I may still have some of the other bits if you need them.
I didn't use them because I made my own mount to move stuff around.

That's the fuse panel mount for a donor panel. There's a different piece that has the proper cutout for the Ron Francis panel. Should have been included with your kit. As I recall, maybe in the harness box??? Not positive. Looks like this.

EdwardB, it was buried at the bottom of the RF wire harness box just as you said. I spend 1.5 hours looking though the garage.
