Wasn't tracking well, steering unresponsive - turned out to be a bad bushing, where tie-rod connects to steering rack -the bushing is inside the dust boot of the steering rack which added a degree of difficulty to the trouble shooting process
Discovered the problem by having my wife wiggle the steering wheel while I observed the boot moving around before the tie-rod moved. Home office is sending replacement
