Does this look right? Manual does not show the black wire coming out, and the terminal post is pretty small for the red battery cable.

No, that lug is not a good fit into the PDB. That's your main power feed for the entire Coyote system. Need to do it right. Not sure what cables you have, either from the kit or from the control pack. But need to do better than that. Ford recommends a #4 cable for that power connection, which is what that looks like. But the wrong size lug.

Ok. The inline fuse came from the RF wiring box, and the cable came from FFR listed as miscellaneous Coyote electrical. Guess I will have to come up with a fix as FFR is closed until mid May.

Actually I think that fuse came with your Ford Performance control pack. If yours is a Gen 2 control pack, it has the battery cables. For the Gen 3, Ford no longer includes the battery cables. But in either case likely require some customization depending on where you mount components.
