As I was removing the bottom screw that holds on the headlight trim ring... i heard tiny brittle plastic pieces fall to the floor {{ARGH}}! The plastic screw hole (attached to the bucket) broke. Since FFR does not sell the bucket only, anyone have any ideas to repair?

Not sure what the original piece/mount looks like. I'd probably try JB Weld, drill and tap for a #6 or 8 machine screw. Or if it's a tab that sticks out, a small piece of aluminum angle, bent to the right angle, drill and tap.

Looks like there might be enough "meat" left there to push a "Tinnerman" clip on. They're available in common machine screw thread, or for a sheet-metal screw.

Dpariso, Would you rather have a new headlight bucket? :) On my shelf of parts I have a new headlight bucket. This is just that a new bucket, no screws, no trim ring, no rubber seal, etc. Still in the plastic bag. If all your other parts are usable this should fix you up. If you have other pieces you need for the headlight let me know as I have collected a few parts over the years! I just need an address to ship it too. Send me a IM with the address and I'll start trying to find a box for it and get it off to you.

The old "classic mini" used a 7" plastic bowl.. Seven Mini: https://www.7ent.com/products/headlamp-bucket-assembly-plastic-s5400.html
