All, going through the wiring, have a few questions. Here is the setup:
408W
Holley Sniper
DualSync distributor
RF Harness
Using Sniper to control RF harness fuel pump and fan functions

1) I am assuming the electric choke circuit can be pulled?
2) The light blue wires off the start lug on the key switch. One eventually makes it to the starter, but what use is the other lead? Can I pull it?
3) Can I pull the speed sensor wires, (grey and green). I'm using a tko600 and GPS gauges.

I think I have the rest sorted.

For what its worth, not a big fan of the RF harness. After pulling it all apart, there are some really jankey connections. A bunch of the crimps on the metri-pack connectors were just, well, lazy. It is a great starting point though for those of us who dont do this often.

I have no experience with the DualSync distributor, but here are the basic Sniper connections with the RF harness that I recommend:

1. Red and Black wires direct to battery
2. Sniper switched power wire (pink) to RF EFI/Coil wire (Orange)
3. Sniper light blue fan control wire to RF Fan Thermo Control (green) in either of the two RF locations
4. Sniper dark blue fuel pump control wire to RF fuel pump (tan) wire in the rear harness. I prefer to de-pin the fuel pump wire in the main harness to rear harness plug and replace it with the Sniper wire. The Sniper harness has a relay and a fuse in it, so I bypass the RF fuse and relay completely.
5. Tach wire and coil/CD wires from Sniper per your specific ignition system instructions. For the old fashioned coil setup, I ran the tach wire from my gauge to the coil (+) and the yellow Sniper wire to the coil (-) and no other ignition-related wires were used, including the brown Sniper tach wire.
6. Re-wire the inertia switch as you prefer on the fuel pump circuit.

Papa, thanks for the quick reply! I think I have that part of the wiring job under control now, just a few outstanding questions. Thanks!

Sorry - I misread your original post.

1) I am assuming the electric choke circuit can be pulled? - Yes, but it is a good source for an additional fused switched power circuit if you want.

2) The light blue wires off the start lug on the key switch. One eventually makes it to the starter, but what use is the other lead? Can I pull it? - The other is the EFI Crank power - not used with the Sniper.

3) Can I pull the speed sensor wires, (grey and green). I'm using a tko600 and GPS gauges. - Yes, no use for them with the GPS gauges.
