From my calculations it will fit. I have one and once I find a spare $6k for a full system laying around I might switch to it.
You might want to compare height measurements between the Holley and a traditional carb system. I think it's lower and there's only one high point. Holley documentation gives the necessary dimensions.
I just test fit my spare 351 block and placed the Holley manifold. All looks good. BUT, my engine mounts (custom) are about an inch lower than factory.
PM for more.

Very cool intake. I had a 351w and Edelbrock air gap and QF680. To get a 14”x 3” round air filter I had to use a drop base. Air gap I think is like 5”, the QF says 3.25” online which seems short + the 3” filter was too high without using a drop base.
Edited to add you may have .5-.75” inch to spare so may be good. I would want to be sure first though and get someone to measure for you.

So according to Jegs the super Victor is 6.25 and the sniper is 3.85 which is slightly over ten inches. Definitely seems reasonable

Don’t forget that you need to add the height of an air filter to that.

Nick,
The Holley manifold has one high point, it rolls off to the outside and then fore/aft. I would think that this peak would be at the front of the hood scoop hole.
My system: Vic Jr., Holley 4150, CV Products drop base aircleaner with a 14x3" element. The top of the aircleaner is about 14-1/4" high from the chinawall. It's also about 6"wide at the top The Holley is shown as 11.41" high measuring about the same place.
All other things being equal the Holley EFI manifold should be about 2-1/2" lower. Can't really use my install as a normal example, it's not. I'll need a big hole in the hood to fit everything.
The Holley is really cool. Huge ports, 5-6" runners in an almost vertical drop. Probably the most even airflow potential of anything I've seen Interchangeable top plates so you could run a carb or more traditional throttle body but that would be really high.

I recently did a 408 with this intake. This was a very very mild engine for a boat. First we dyno'd it with the Cobra intake. It made 460 ft. lbs of torque at about 3400 rpm but totally layed down at 4800 only making 375 hp. We switched to the Holley high ram. With no other changes we lost about 20 ft. lbs of torque down low, but it stayed flat all the way to 5500 RPM and produced 438 HP. Keep in mind this engine was way under cammed so it would idle at 600 rpm in gear in the boat. A nice cam and it would easily make 500+ with that intake. I was pretty impressed with it. It was lower than the cobra intake but you have to account for the throttle body and air filter out front. It also requires a special low profile distributor that Holley sells in their dual sync series.
