While aligning my MK IV IRS yesterday. I noticed I have a puddle of green oil that is dripping from my right rear Koni shock. I received the shocks in January 2020, and I have zero miles on them as I haven't even been go carting yet. I have the standard red Koni shocks that come with the kit. Does anybody know if we submit a warranty claim through FFR or directly to Koni? Last time I tried to call FFR their voice mail box was full mostly due to the pandemic lockdown.
Thanks!

Call Factory Five On Monday!
I've seen posts like this before.
Those guys will surely take care of you.

Or use their info@factoryfive.com mailbox. My understanding is it's being monitored. A lot of the tech support is being done remotely.

I had one leaking and I contacted FFR and I had to send them a picture. Once they got the picture they sent a new one out . I also had to send the old one back .
