I'm missing the front two from my kit, they're like $5 and since I have to wait 3 more weeks for FFR to open - can anyone tell me what type of metal the sleeves are make of?
Can I source from elsewhere?

Use a plastic mallet to install the polyurethane bushings marked 2048 and the longer (31/16”) sleeveswhere the front of the center section will mount.
assuming 3 1/6" length and 5/8" inner bore - but what about strength #s?

They are steel w/ 'about' 1/8inch wall thickness. I found the bushings here
https://www.energysuspensionparts.com/bulk-2048
The ID of the bushing is 22mm so sleeve would be ID = 5/8 and OD = 7/8 (22mm). Here is some pipe you could use.

You could also call Energy Suspension. I looked but couldn't find sleeves but I bet they have them. Also I think I have read here that some of the FFR people are working, from home I guess, and will answer an email.

The INFO@FACTORYFIVE.COM mailbox at Factory Five is being monitored and responded to. According to Dave's daily videos, they have a skeleton crew and have been making some parts shipments. Plan is to phase in more soon I guess. So while they're officially closed, something is happening. I'd suggest a message to there with your situation and see what they say.

Missed on the inventory or on the POL?

they've been in my missing inventory list since February... I've been emailing Dave C. quite a bit, and Tony even sent me a few parts he had within grasp.
Would really like to get this IRS up an into the car, I can deal with the missing toe adjusters later - it would be nice to get the rear brakes setup too - then start planning the ABS lines :)

I am too lazy right now to jack mine up and slide under for a look. I wonder if could you install the diff etc w/o those sleeves and put them in later? It would be hanging 1/8 inch low at the front but I don't think that would hurt anything
