Good morning fellow builders of beautiful automobiles,

I hope all are well staying safe during this COVID environment. I have the luxury of working from home at least, but I am going crazy because this would be a great time to be building. Can't wait to get it ordered!!

Anyway, thought I would throw out a couple of questions today. I am wanting to modernize my 33 a bit. I am considering a few things:

Push button start
Door poppers
Bluetooth stereo system
Retractable license plate

etc...

There are a lot of these products on the market. Any successes, failures, or ideas of other ways to bring a little modern flair to the ride?

Always fun to learn from you all, thanks!!

Roger

How about:
Power windows
Heated seats
Front and rear backup camera's connected to your stereo display.
AC and heat

Door poppers ar a nice feature. Also used one on the rear trunk lid and it lifts the lid enough to easily open. Thought about the retractable plate but haven't made the jump yet.

I guess these things would be modernizing as well, right!! lol. No windows - going roadster, no heated seats, live in the desert, but I am doing A/C. I drive a convertible often and have the A/C going often. I do like the idea of the camera's. Any brand that you have had success with?

Thanks again,

Roger

I like the idea of the door poppers. Could you share with me the brand that you have had success with?

Thanks,

Roger

May be a bit more extensive than you are looking for, but here are a few from my build (note that the poppers and safety pins were not plug and play)...

JOP,

This stuff is great! I love it. I appreciate seeing what parts you are having success with. Thank you, thank you. From now on I will stop cringing when I look at your beautiful paint job - Go Seahawks!! :)
