Hello sll,
I read somewhere in the forum that the stock Konis may each may have been set arbritrarily (sic) at the factory. I should have checked the settings before mounting them, but read it too late. If this is true, what is the procedure for adjusting the Konis when they are on the car? Looks like it is hard to get at the adjustment screw now.
Thanks for your advice in advance,
Jeff

If you have the 30 Series single adjustable shocks, See Adjustment Link Here (https://www.koni-na.com/en-US/NorthAmerica/Technology/Adjustment-Guides/). And keep scrolling down that page for other models.
Don't know that you can do this on the car though.

You can't adjust them on the car. Follow the procedure that Dave linked above.

Throw away the Konis and get some QA1 double adjustable shocks. You can adjust them while on the car.

Well I wouldn't say throw away the Konis but for anyone thinking of different coil overs I am a huge fan of the QA1s from Breeze. I have had them for 5-6 years now and love them. I used to do a lot of autocrossing and I had a set of adjustments for street and another for AX. It took maybe 5 minutes to go from one to the other. And, you can adjust handling balance w/ them too.

Can anyone tell me what model the Koni shocks are that FFR now sells ?
#14675 - ROADSTER/COUPE KONI SOLID AXLE COIL-OVER KIT
#14676 - KONI FRONT COIL OVER RETRO-FIT KITS.
I just bought these to replace the original shocks on my MK1. I was reading the instructions above but I'm not sure these Koni's are adjustable.
Thanks,
BillMac

The red Konis are Koni 30 series. Adjustment instructions here: https://www.koni-na.com/en-US/NorthAmerica/Technology/Adjustment-Guides/mono/. Only rebound and only when off the car.
