Greetings, Salutations, and Fist-bumps from Austin,
I want to give you an update of the Texas Cobra Club Fall Meet. The dates for the TCC Fall Meet are October 7-11, 2020. While we are still in the middle of the COVID-19 situation, staffing at the Embassy Suites is still reduced tremendously and they have been working diligently with us and their other clients to reschedule all postponed event. The hotel room reservation site will be ready in a few days.
If you were registered for the TCC Spring Meet, you should have received an email from me over the weekend about how to apply your Spring Meet fees (registration and meal tickets) to the Fall Meet. If you did not receive the email, please reach out to me at kenswalker@gmail.com.
REFUNDS from the Spring Meet:
Please email me at kenswalker@gmail.comif you would like a refund for the Spring Meet. I will process request once a week. I mailed out the first round of refund checks on 4/10/2020.
I will do my best to keep you up-to-date with changes as they occur.

Texas Cobra Club Fall Meet Update - 08/25/2020
Here are the numbers so far:
40 days to go!
136 Drivers and Guests
78 Cars registered
92 Banquet Tickets have been sold
9 Different States Represented
The Fall Meet is still a GO! The hotel is ready for us and the Hill County roads are ready for a new layer high-performance soft compound rubber.
Not all of the event details are finalized yet but I will update you as soon as I know more.
Cannot wait to see my Cobra-Luvin’ Brethren in just a little over a month for now.

Very Important information:
If you registered for the 2020 Spring Meet, your registration for the 2020 Fall Meet is NOT automatic. If you are planning on attending the Fall Meet, you will still need to register. Please go to our event website to register. (See below).
If you registered for the 2020 Spring Meet and paid in full, you have a credit waiting for your Fall Registration Fees. On the website is a list of remaining Spring Meet attendees that still have a pending credit. Use the PROMO CODE listed by your name to apply the credit against your 2020 Fall Meet.
I will not be opening up registration for the 2021 Spring Meet until the dust has settled from the Fall Meet. The accounting side of this stuff is a nightmare. With that being said, I will only respond to emails pertaining to refunds and registration issues. Phone calls, Text messages, or Facebook Messenger are too complicated for me to keep track of all the different types of requests and there is no "paper-trail."
