My MC push rods appear out of alignment. Both push rods have been threaded into both clevises equal distance. How do I adjust the clevis or balance bar to obtain the .20"-.25" tolerance described in the manual? Do I just remove the push rod and MC and then rotate the clevis on the balance bar?

I don't remember exactly how I did mine a few years back, but here's the Wilwood tech sheet. https://www.wilwood.com/PDF/DataSheets/ds252.pdf I do remember having to read and re-read it a couple times to get exactly what they mean.

Yes, but I don't think you need to remove the MC. Just remove the pushrod and the clevis will spin on the balance bar to adjust your clearance then readjust the balance bar as necessary.

Also, if I remember right, it shouldn't matter which one you tighten, you will be able to readjust the balance bar afterwords so adjust the easiest one to access.

That's what I ended up doing.
