Coyote Ball Header Issues

Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with the fit of the Ball Headers for the Coyote. Drivers side is fine. Passenger side does not seem to have the the collector clocked in the right position relative to the body cutout. Also when I went to mount the headers on the engine the first time the holes in the flanges did not match up with the head.

Not sure what you mean by not clocked to the body opening. My last seto f headers had the mounting holes way off too.
