Unlimited mileage? It's a long drive to SE Michigan from Maui.

I'd recommend some weather equipment, too, as it'll get a bit wet.

I ahve often thought about the possibility of running my FFR in a parade. I have one concern, though: I have a donor build with an EFI 302 rebuilt from a 1989 donor. I didn't change the donor's rear diff gearing, so this puppy likes to run off the line. It doesn't really like to operate at walking speed at all. And so, I have yet to find a parade that will run at a fast enough pace for my FFR.

Parades never match our gearing comfortably, so I have a system I use when I participate. I just lag back and let the parade get a few hundred feet ahead, and then do a short burnout to catch up. Always gets a good response from the crowd.
