Looking for any guidance regarding the new FFR Full Length Ball Headers for Gen 3 Ford Coyote install on MK4. Recently installed body for more mock up work and decided to test fit sidepipes, drivers side fit perfect on the cutout in the body and pipe alignment with the car. Passenger side was another story. The collector on the header seems to be about 1 inch to far to the rear and does not seem like it is long enough in relation to the body. Just for fun I bolted the sidepipe to it and the amount of wedge needed to fill the gap and make it work would be about 5/8 of an inch on 1 side and 1/4 inch on the other. Anybody else with this setup have issues.

Post some pictures. Also, for the record, zero difference dimensionally between the Gen 2 and Gen 3 Coyote for the exhaust. So experience people have with previous versions applies too.

curious as to how this worked out...
just got my Gen3 and am already thinking about the installation
any tips/tricks with a Gen3? For some reason I think there should be some type of sticky in the Coyote forum on this!

FWIW, discussed the Gen 2 vs the Gen 3 in my Coupe build in these posts:

Not sure if this helps, but my GasN side pipes came with adjustment shims/plates for the header connection. It's intended for some adjustment, but the amount you're dealing with... I'm not sure.
Have you measured the cut-outs themselves? Are they dimensionally the same distance from the lip of the wheel well?

I have the same issue. Here are some pictures of mine. Sorry about the sideways photo, still haven't figured out why some picture show up that way.
