Took this with the Hero8 tonight. Just some spirited driving (no racing) around the wide open country side to support our oil and gas folks to the south.

I'm going to have to figure out a better solution for wind noise since I can't use a remote mic the way I have before on this camera.

Very nice! Have you tried a “Windslayer” on your GoPro? They help a lot on my old Hero 5. Nice video effects too.

Thanks, Mark. I'll have to try one out or wait until I can figure out a remote microphone option. The foam I used helped a bit, but it was a patch job and also muffled the sound a bit too much.

Lol, well I didn't get the memo. I'm Texan born and bred and no oil well in my backyard :( (in Lubbock). However, whatever I can do to help my Permian Basin and H-Town brethren, I'm down with.
