Hello all,
My son and I are novice builders (however I did a series 1 cobra back in 2002 with a great deal of help!)
We do not yet have a motor or transmission and have gotten to the point in the manual where we install the fuel lines. However, I'm not sure where they need to end up in the engine bay since we don't have our coyote 5.0 yet. (I bet I can find one on sale now!?)

Any tips about the sequence of systems installs would be helpful. Such as how much we can do in what order prior to getting the motor, or what NOT to do until we get it.

Hope everyone is safe and staying healthy out there!!

Thanks,
Craig

You could do all the brake lines and install the e-brake.

With a Coyote, the fuel rail connection is on the top LH side of the engine. So that's the general area you would want the fuel lines to be aiming for. I assume you're building a Gen 3 Coupe? The Coyote fits in the Gen 3 Coupe somewhat comfortably. At least better than previous versions and compared to a Roadster. But I'd be a little careful about installing anything in the engine compartment until you have the engine available. Placement of the components around it, including the control pack which I'm assuming you're using, all kind of need to work together. Especially if it's something you haven't done before. FWIW, lots of pictures and descriptions of a Coyote installation in a Gen 3 Coupe in my build thread. Link in sig line below.

OK thanks for the info - very helpful.
Edward - that is a great thread you have on your build - looking forward to learning a lot from it - thanks for sharing!
