Do I need to remove these bushings that came installed on the power steering rack from FFR? I think they need to be replaced with the Breeze off set bushings I have? What is the best way to remove these?125362125363

Yes. Yank them out with some pliers. The breeze ones should just slide in perfect but again... nothing perfect in this world (don't tell my wife). I had to hone out one side of my rack for the part to fit. Used some emory cloth on a drill bit and just cleaned it out till perfect fit. The breeze bushings make slight centering adjustment... well a breeze when in. Don't forget the bump steer on the rack ends.

Bump steer on the rack ends? Can you elaborate?

The stock bushings come out whether using Breeze parts or not. The kit comes with replacement poly bushings, which obviously you won't be using. The power steering rack from Factory Five already has the proper spacing and doesn't need those extenders.

The easiest way to remove them is with a press of course. A vise and sockets will do it. But since you don't need to re-use them, you can go full gorilla.

Thanks all for the help! Used an old bolt to drive them out. I was really looking forward to the build class last week... but obviously that got cancelled. Much more important for everyone to stay safe.
