Looking to buy or buy (cash + trade) for my 1967 Camaro

(Only looking to trade for Cobra clone / trade plus cash)

‘67 Camaro
327 with extras to give it a bump in sound (non number matching, but period correct)
Power steering
Power brakes (new front disc brakes)
All new tires
New starter / flywheel
New clutch

Sounds great and garage kept! Looking to get a little more sun since I’m in the Sunshine state 😉

Ronin,

If you want to have one built, then I'd suggest selling your 67 and then get Henry Renaud (65 Cobra Dude) to build your dream car.
He might even stuff a Chevy in it for you, but that would be a long shot because he's a True Blue Oval Guy.
Henry is a professional builder and is located a little South of Tampa and his work is top notch.
Here are two fine examples his work:

NOTE:..You could get him to do the car, except for the paint, and save a ton of time and money if you want to apply the color yourself.
............Shown below is what my unpainted car looked like last summer so cruising around in a Gel Coat Driver isn't a bad thing:

Thanks for the plug Steve!

Ronin, I have one at paint right now. It’s going to be Indigo Blue with white stripes (which can be changed). It has an Engine Factory 347 with Pro Injection fuel injection. It’s a 5 speed with power steering and a 3 link rear end. All brand new parts. I’m in Port Charlotte and can be emailed at hrenaud at Comcast dot net if interested.

Thanks,

Henry

Henry,

If I had 1/4 of your skills I'd be done by now.

Ronin, having seen the car Henry is working on, I can tell you first hand it’s going to be a sweet ride. Henry has amazing attention to detail and this particular Cobra is top notch.

I was in the same position as you almost 2 years ago. I had a SWEET 67 Camaro RS. I ended up selling to a guy in France...who subsequently blew it up two weeks later, but that's another story. Sell the car, then you'll have a lot more latitude to get the Cobra that you want.
