Wipe wiring question

Ok, here is a problem that has plagued the engineering community for ever since i can remember.

What direction is this drawing looking at the connector?

Here is a photo of how I initially interpenetrated the drawing. I have wired the cable side of the connector (Blue connections) as if the drawing was looking into the connector from the cable side. However, the colors don't match up with the motor side. Yellow and Red are on opposite sides as if it is mirrored.

Can anyone tell me how its supposed to be?

Here is another drawing. I is more clear about the motor contact block. You are looking at the terminals on the motor. Your terminations look correct.

Yes, thank you. I've seen it at ********** as well. Another nickel and dime thing. For how much we pay for the wiper assembly kit you would think they would include it in the kit. Oh well.
