Has anyone installed one of these? The instructions are terrible all the way to the point the Hole template they send your is off by over 1/2”. I tried to call them but it’s after hours and I was hoping to get this done tonight. I realize I’m just and electrical idiot but I’m confused. I get the part that has the C4 on it is the switch and the other part is the timer. My guess is the switch has 2 sides one for the left blinker and one for the right. I just don’t know which is which and then how do I tie in the timer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered the non canceling turn signal. It seems to work in my limited tests so far, can't help you with the timer though.
It seems though that you're missing part of the instructions. Mine had a wiring diagram showing where everything went.

It’s clear I didn’t get accurate and up to date instructions even though I paid a premium. I even went to their website and downloaded their same incomplete instructions. I will reserve judgment but so far I’m extremely disappointed.

probably too late for you, but for others reading, consider looking at signal dynamics self canceling unit. ~$70 on Amazon and pretty straightforward installation.
actuating signal for 1 sec, 2 sec and 4 seconds leads to different lengths of self-canceling blinking. actuating both signals at the same time leads to hazards.
I have my turn signal on an on-off-on momentary switch and have my hazards on a separate on-off momentary push button under the dash.
