While in the shower this morning, I was thinking (yes I do know that's dangerous) about the uncertainties of today's new health challenges that we all face, when in a light bulb moment, it dawned on me that I'm holding nothing compare to what stress that the Smith family much be dealing with. As we all know this virus hits the most vulnerable, and I know that Jenny Smith is in that bracket, I can't say for sure that the rest of the forum members feel this way, ( willing bet that there is), but for me, I just want to give a positive shout out to:

The entire Smith family - Knowing that these are rough/troubling days, with a chance of more to come, just to let you know that you have an extended family that you have not met, here on this forum, and you are not alone. Not a lot of people can say that they have huge crew standing behind them, but yet here we are, and ready if you need us.

The employees of Factory Five - Your a team of dream makers, helping everyone on this forum, in making their dreams come true. You have seen dark days before, in the not too distant past, and have come out of other crisis stronger. Hang in there, with your company president's leadership, I have no doubt that you will survive as a closer knit family and company.

Dave Smith - From a advantage of distance perspective, I have witnessed a strength of leadership in guiding Factory Five through a lot of different conditions, weather it's smooth sailing in the good times, to economic hurricanes, you have made your company a strong winner, in today's conditions, I think we will see you "pull another rabbit out of your hat". Also --

I also believe that you must be under a huge amount of stress, with dealing with, a country wide health crisis which threatens not only your company and employees, but the most vulnerable of your personal family, Jenny. So want to remind you, your not alone brother, you have back up here.

Even though you show outside strength, everyone feels at times enormous pressure, and maybe some down moments, if you do just remember we got you brother, and we believe and support. Think of us as your crazy Uncles, and Aunts that you haven't met yet, but know we're out there for you, your family, and employees..

Didn't mean for this to be a sermon, just something I been thinking about.

Ron

Great write-up Ron. Could not have said it better myself.

To all the FF crew, hang in there. We are not going anywhere.
